This type of brush can be made to close tolerances and can be customized to our customers needs. This brush can be used in many applications, such as a straight strip for weather striping, or formed into a ring or oval shape for a vacuum cleaner nozzle brush. Staple Set Brushes Rollers/Revolving Attachment/Flat Work View Products Staple set, flat and rotary brushes, can be made out of a wide variety of plastics and hard wood. Staple set brushes consist of individual tufts of filament inserted into a hole that is either drilled or molded into a block and secured by a metal staple. Staple set brushes are made with a wide variety of hole patterns. Our engineering department can assist in deciding on the hole pattern and type of filament to accommodate the customers' desired brushing affect.
